Terms and Conditions

The term "Entryweb Limited", "Entryweb", "entryweb.co.uk", "us" or "we" refers to the owner(s) of the website whose registered office is 12 Dales Drive, Colehill, Wimborne, Dorset BH21 2JS. Registered in England and Wales No. 05974763. The term "you", "your", "organiser", "entrant" or "rider" refers to the user, viewer or registered user of our website.

These terms and conditions shall apply to all users, viewers, registered users and organisers and be the contract we enter into in respect to any goods or services we provide.

We facilitate online commerce on behalf of individuals, organisations and companies which we are not affiliated. We are neither an agency nor a representative for any individual, organisation or company. We provide a service to our clients, under these terms and conditions.

1. Liability for other Websites

1.1   We may provide links to third party websites. We are not in control or liable for the contents, quality, legality and functionality of those sites nor any goods or services they may provide unless we specifically state otherwise.

2. Third Party Services, Advertisers and Promotional Messages

2.1   We shall not be liable for any goods, services or merchandise advertised on this site from any third party even if we have received some form of revenue from any such transaction.

3. Listing and Entering

3.1   We do not charge you for listing an event(s) we provide this service free of charge.

3.2   You confirm you are the event organiser or you have explicit permission to list, add or change any such detail about your event.

3.3   It is your responsibility to maintain any information about your event(s) listed with us, and you confirm with us you have made every reasonable step to ensure that information is correct. We hold no responsibility in ensuring event information is true and up to date.

3.4   If any event information changes, you need to make every reasonable step to update your listing at the earliest possible time within your event management area.

3.5   All organisers are encouraged to update their participant's lists as soon as possible with any offline (e.g. postal) entries they may receive within their management area. Doing so provides a fair platform for all entrants, on and offline, and maintains the most consistent and up to date list of participants'.

3.6   Users and entrants need to understand that event information published with us is subject to change by the organiser at any time.

3.7   We are entitled to delete any listing from our database if we see fit.

3.8   We cannot be held liable for the listing of your event.

3.9   If organisers are running an event under a governing body or authority they need to have the correct permission to run their event under the technical rules and regulations of that governing body or authority. Entryweb tries to provide organisers with as many online tools and functions as possible but it remains the organisers responsibility to run their event within those rules and regulations.

3.10   Event organisers have full control over all aspects of their event(s) and participants and maintain the right to refuse entry to a participant. Entrants need to be aware that in some rare cases you might be listed in that event but later removed at the organiser's discretion. Entrants also need to be aware that organisers can populate the participants' lists with offline entries at any time. If an entrant is removed he or she will be sent an automatic e-mail by Entryweb to inform them in addition to any correspondence from the organiser.

3.11   Entrants need to understand that organisers may display their own disclaimers and/or conditions which you must accept before you enter that event. You also understand that some information but not limited to your name, age, club/team, gender and category you give when entering events will be displayed on this website in a public list of participants.

3.12   Your obligation as entrant is to comply by whatever entry requirements that particular events requires. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields and these may vary from event to event.

3.13   It remains the responsibility of the entrant to understand and have access to all the relevant event information. Entryweb has provided a platform for organisers to create an online version of an event programme where all the details relating to an event can be found, for further details we encourage entrants to contact the organiser.

3.14   All entrants need to be aware we do not permit the transfer of any entry or payment from one event to another.

4. Withdrawals

4.1   Each event may have its own withdrawals policy, please contact your event organiser for more details about withdrawals.

4.2   You understand organisers have the power to add you to the reserve list (if you have indicated you're willing to be one), add you to the field and remove you from their events. If any such action is performed on you, you will be automatically notified by e-mail.

5. Distance Selling Regulations

5.1   Under the Distance Selling Regulations you do not have the right to cancel when services have begun by agreement before the end of the cancellation period (usually 7 working days), because we provide all event organisers with your required information immediately, performance of this service is considered to have begun and you no longer have the right to cancel.

5.2   Entering any event on our site waivers your cancellation rights for that event.

6. Refunds

6.1   We currently operate a 'no refunds' policy and any refund must be taken up with the event organiser.

6.2   Refunds are determined by each events refund policy.

7. Event Cancellations

7.1   If the event you have entered has been cancelled it is the organiser's responsibility to inform you and any refund (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the organiser and you should contact them not us. Entyweb provides all users with the facility to contact the organiser and we encourage all organisers to use Entryweb's e-mail facility to keep their entrants informed of any such changes at all times.

8. Registered Users

8.1   Some areas of the site are restricted to registered users. Usernames and passwords are required to access these areas.

8.2   By entering a username and password and therefore gaining access to these areas you will be deemed a registered user and therefore agree to these terms and conditions.

8.3   You agree all data you provide is accurate and up to date and not false or misleading. Remember you can manage, edit or delete all your information from within your Entryweb account.

8.4   You agree to keep your password confidential.

8.5   You will be accountable for all uses of your registration whether or not it has been authorised by you. If you do believe there has been unauthorised use of your registration you must notify us immediately.

9. Editorial Matters and Restrictions

9.1   You agree we have the right to delete or remove any information you provide to us on this website at any time if we see fit.

9.2   It is your responsibility to maintain any hard copies of any records or information such as participant lists and event information you may hold with us as back up.

9.3   You agree not to upload any files or content to this site that contain any illegal content whatsoever or contain any malicious software, viruses, code, programs or otherwise. You also agree that any uploaded file does not contain any type of file that may be used by you or anyone else to collect or circulate any information for whatever purpose.

9.4   You agree any uploaded material or content is not unlawful, libellous, harmful, threatening, defamatory, abusive, obscene or invasive of another's privacy and does not give rise to any legal claim of any sort.

10. Warranties

10.1   Your use of any information or materials on this site is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this site meet your specific requirements.

10.2   You acknowledge that we do not always monitor all site content and data submitted by users but whilst we endeavour to monitor as much as we can and keep the information current and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to this website. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

10.3   In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.

10.4   Every effort is made to keep this website up and running smoothly. Entryweb Limited however takes no responsibility for and will not be liable for the website being temporally unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control. Entryweb Limited shall not be responsible for the malfunction of this website and/or the software used.

11.7   Dependent on the discipline, governing body or authority you have selected and chosen to run your event under; that particular discipline, governing body or authority's logo, entry disclaimer and rules and regulations sentence is automatically displayed on the event page/online programme in compliance with their own rules and regulations – just as regular printed programmes are. Logos and material from each governing body or authority remains their intellectual property and is only used for events run under their rules and regulations, by their organisers in compliance with their recommendations and regulations.

12. E-mail Notifications

12.1   You agree that the primary point of contact between us is via e-mail and it is your responsibility to ensure the specified e-mail address you provide is active and you receive all correspondence from us and any entrant and/or organiser.

12.2   We ask every new user to click a link sent to their specified e-mail address to complete the registration process with us. By doing this it demonstrates the e-mail address is active and we have it accurately saved.

12.3   You accept that any event you organise or enter you will receive correspondence via e-mail to your specified e-mail account from us and any entrant and/or organiser.

12.4   You accept that we may from time to time inform you of events, activities and information relating to this website and events listed with us via e-mail.

13. Indemnification

13.1   You agree to indemnify Entryweb Limited and any officers and employees from all fees, liabilities, injury and damages arising out of any actions or omissions by you and any third party.

14. Termination

14.1   We reserve the right to immediately and without notice suspend or terminate i) these terms and conditions ii) your registration with us and iii) any services we provide to you.

14.2   You may terminate this contract with us and therefore as a registered user of this website at any time by writing to us our contact details can be found here.

15. Fees and Payments

15.1   You agree that all entry fees listed with us on this website for any event will be no more than any other method of entry (e.g. postal) for that event.

16. The Currency of Transactions Accepted

16.1   We currently accept UK pounds sterling GBP (£).

MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron (UK & Non UK issued), Visa Debit, Maestro (UK issued) & Solo cards.

17. General

17.1   You confirm you shall not improperly use or abuse this website or use it for any illegal purpose and not restrict in any way another user from using this site.

17.2   You understand that some information you provide to us is auto completed onto other forms if the fields match for your convenience.

18. Governing Law

18.1   These terms and conditions and all contracts and other arrangements are governed by the laws of England and are subject of English jurisdiction.
