With Entryweb competitive MTB events should be listed under Mountain Biking but also whether your event is run under British Cycling rules or not Entryweb can accommodate. Entryweb provides easy event set-up, complete event and entrant control for the organiser via feature packed management areas.
Allow Entryweb to handle your entries efficiently whilst creating more time for you to do what you do best – organising your event.
Using Entryweb enables your riders to enter and pay via credit or debit card directly from your online event event page/programme, but we're more than just an online entry service. Organisers start seeing the enormous potential and benefit of our system through their tailored management areas in their control panel.
Organisers will need to create an event listing or programme which covers every aspect of the event before accepting entries. Entryweb's intuitive event, ride and stage set up forms insure you get the correct information on your event page. Entryweb has used the BC based category system on MTB race pages allowing you to quickly and easily select what categories you want in your race. By doing this we validate entries against the entrant's category when they enter – a feature to help minimise errors for all competitive races on Entryweb.
Your events page/programme can include sponsors and their images, prize lists and images, files, officials list, course routes with Entryweb's unique mapping tool and even a volunteers section to help attract that much needed help. Entrants can contact you directly via your event page and you to can communicate via e-mail directly through your race management area. You'll discover Entryweb is the complete package.
When riders enter and pay their names automatically appear on the events page under entrants details and within your race management area. Entryweb automatically populates signing on sheets and you have the facility to print entry forms if you so wish, however all your rider's data is available anytime - just click away. Your offline or postal entries can also be added to the system effortlessly with or without payment by using our 'Add a Rider' function.
Producing your start sheet once entries close is now an easy and painless task with Entryweb's easy re-ordering and 'publish to events page' button. Organisers also have the tools to download entrant lists and data whenever they want into their own spreadsheets.
Entryweb can also handle your results with ease. Create your set of results within Entryweb's results management area and again publish to your events page. If you've had any Entry on the line (EOL) riders just add them to list using our quick and easy forms.
Entryweb also automatically sends e-mails to your entrants when your start sheets and results are published informing them they're now ready to view. Entryweb keeps your riders informed at all times.
Our approach is tailored to you and your event, but you not only get to use our powerful tools but the pool of riders expands all disciplines and governing bodies exposing your event to more riders. Why not start attracting riders who may have only previously ridden cyclosportives or BC events to your off-road races?
A partnership with Entryweb gives you the tools you've always wanted, your riders a means to access event information, enter and pay for your races simply online using their cards and of course it means your event and all your hard work gets the help and boost it deserves!
If your MTB event is non-competitive and doesn't have the BC style categories you should list it under cyclosportives/independent organisers for more infomation click here: Independent/Cyclosportive Organisers - Organisers Guide
