Using Entryweb will save you time and significantly help streamline your event's entries and paperwork. Entryweb is more than just an online entry system we're there from inception and listing/programme online right through to creating and publishing results.

Entryweb has been created to tie in with your existing rules and regulations. Your entrants are asked to include all the relevant information you require, such as licence number and category, we've provided a second choice category field if riders wish to compete in another category as we're aware this is sometimes the case with LVRC events. Don't forget all your riders' information is easily accessible from your management area at all times.

All organisers have the facility to add their offline entrants to the system (with or without payment) as well as entrant removal and moving riders to and from reserve lists (dependent on whether they're willing to be reserves). You really do maintain full event/entrant control.

Creating start sheets is now a painless process it may mean just one click to re-order the field by club/team or name by column header. If further sorting is required just use Entryweb's drag and drop facility, when you're ready publish to the events page. We also allow organisers to upload start sheets as files to the events page; which is useful if more than one is necessary; if that's the case why not download your entrant's data in the order you require and re-publish/upload as a file to the events page. Your second (main) start sheet could then be created in Entryweb and published as described.

Entryweb automatically populates your signing on sheets containing the LVRC disclaimer with all the rider's particulars required to sign-on as normal.

LVRC organisers as with all organisers using Entryweb have the handy facility to create a set of results and publish them to the events page. Much like start sheets if more results are required (e.g. for stages or TT stages) you have the option to upload/import those extra results files.
