Independent/Cyclosportive Organisers - Organisers Guide

If your event is not run under the rules and regulations of any of the governing bodies incorporated in Entryweb, independent organisers are able to list their events under 'Cyclosportive/Reliability/Leisure/Other Cycling Events'. Primarily created for cyclosportives organisers Entryweb's event/entrant management system draws together many features and tools found in other disciplines listed throughout Entryweb.

Create your event listing/programme using Entryweb's intuitive forms. You'll find we've included all the field options you'll need to successfully produce your event’s online programme, we know our system satisfies all your requirements. As with all organisers using Entryweb you'll have all your tools available from a user friendly management area – add and edit information for your event listing at any time, control entries, entrants and the status of your events. Choose to add your own disclaimer for entrants to accept, add files of any kind to your listing, include details and images of sponsors, use our volunteers section and help attract that much needed help, entry forms available to print if needed or just have peace of mind all your entrant's data is available at your fingertips directly from Entryweb anywhere you are. You need to send a message or updates to your entrants – no problem - send an e-mail directly from your management area, download your entrant's data to your own spreadsheet, organise your start sheets (or confirmed list of riders) and publish to events page, Entryweb can even handle your finishing list or 'results' (if necessary) via your results management platform. It's all there - your complete online entry management solution.

A really handy feature for all Entryweb organisers is our unique mapping facility. Using Microsoft's powerful Virtual Earth mapping tool Entryweb enables you to plot a course and add pins/flags such as HQ, feeding zone, start and finish points plus many more to your map. Your map is automatically saved to your event page but why not also use the mapping tool to create specific maps for marshalling points or individuals and print them off?

Cyclosportive organisers like all non-competitive event organisers have the useful option to ask their entrants specific questions to be included on the riders entry page - you may need to know what t-shirt size your riders are or any medical requirements for example.
