Communicate with your riders by e-mail directly from your management area. Your entrants are also automatically notified by e-mail when you publish start sheets and results, they're also informed if you make any changes to their entry status such as removal, moving riders to a reserve list as well as adding them to the field. You too can be contacted directly via your events page using Entryweb's 'contact organiser form'.

Your entrants will need to indicate they have read and understood the same disclaimer used on the original CTT entry forms before entering. We ask the rider for all the relevant information needed to process their entry which is available to organisers form their management areas. Entryweb also generates an identical CTT entry form for every rider for printing if required.
