British Cycling Racing Leagues - Organisers Guide
Entryweb recognizes many BC events in the UK are now run under racing league structures. Entryweb also knows that leagues are suited to an online entry system centralising entries, creating a definitive online league presence alongside an existing website or calendar, freeing up valuable administrative time and allowing riders to enter and pay online will provide the platform for expansion with more racing. Like all the different disciplines/governing bodies incorporated on Entryweb league organisers benefit from the same level of event/entrant management alongside the huge advantage of allowing your riders to pay using a debit or credit card for the first time.
Entryweb has initially incorporated the new Wessex Cycle Racing League and Surrey Cycle Racing League into the system. Riders in these leagues are able to save their league licence/membership numbers and points within their rider profiles and enter in the same easy way entering any other race or ride on Entryweb is.
Entryweb's bespoke forms mean creating league events online is easy yet comprehensive. Based around the BC event set up and forms, league races are set up and managed in the same way as regular BC events.
One of Entryweb's clever features is we also intuitively allow for the different league fee structures (i.e. non-league and league members/licence holders and non licence holders). Even with added complexity Entryweb handles your event set up with confidence.
Leagues have the option to either control entries themselves (centrally) using a single Entryweb account or allow the individual organisers to operate separately using their own accounts. Depending on how and where entries are posted it may be wise to operate from a single account and run events from there. If individual organisers are operating from separate accounts Entryweb will need to be aware of where to transfer funds because at present each Entryweb account is associated with one bank account.
A partnership with Entryweb is the next logical step for your league. Rising banking costs, rising operating cost and the increasing amount of time you're putting into the operation may already have you wondering where and how you can start getting back to what you do best – organising, riding and promoting your races? Let Entryweb take some of the workload, allow your members to enter and pay electronically, let Entryweb handle your entries and provide you with the platform to create and manage your entrants, communication, programmes, start sheets, signing on sheets and results from one single website.
Integrate with Entryweb and pay less. To integrate just like the Wessex Cycle Racing League or for more information you'll need to contact us, and we'll be more than happy to discuss your coming seasons plans.
* To integrate and enjoy savings leagues will need to commit their full programme or entire events calendar to Entryweb.
