What ever BC event you run Entryweb can accommodate and provide you with the perfect online facility to make your event run smoother, accommodate the regulations, allow your riders to pay using a credit or debit card and save you time!

Enjoy the complete package from creating and producing your event programme/listing online, accepting entries through to formulating and uploading your start sheets and printing your signing on sheets to finally creating and publishing your results all within your own easily accessible management area.

BC organisers will for the first time experience a bespoke event set-up and tailored race management. Organisers will enjoy peace of mind we have gone to great lengths to accommodate the rules and regulations surrounding your event and rider entries. Dependent on your type of event the appropriate disclaimer is displayed for riders to check on their entry page whether that’s road or circuit, track, cyclo-cross or time trial. Your pre populated signing on sheets are all formatted in the same way.

Data Entryweb collects from your entrants is available to you in a number of useful ways all accessible from your management area. Organising your riders to formulate your start and signing on sheets is now an easy painless process and with a click they're published to your event page/programme, downloaded or printed.

Entryweb also generates pre formatted BC entry forms available for you to print if you so wish as well as Entryweb's own version including all your riders' data if hard copies are required.

Entryweb also helps you create your event in the right way, dependent on your race classification the rider category fields are automatically pre selected therefore Entryweb knows what fee options to present to you. Just one of the many intuitive features you'll find in Entryweb whilst setting up your event online.

To help minimize errors riders are validated by checking their category against the categories you’ve chosen for your race. If their category does not match the categories available for the race their entry will be rejected. Entryweb only allows riders with the correct category to enter. Riders who have dispensation to ride a race outside of their category will need to click the dispensation box bypassing the validation check, just another unique and useful feature available for all Entryweb's registered users. We guarantee you won't find a system as thorough and advanced as Entryweb.

Organisers maintain full control of their events and entrants through a central control panel. From here you'll be able to communicate via e-mail with your riders directly from Entryweb, update your event programme/listing anytime, close entries if necessary, control your field and reserve lists by adding and removing riders, easily add your postal/offline entries to the system with or without payment plus much more. You'll soon discover Entryweb's more than just an online entry system.

Entryweb is the only website that covers the whole spectrum of cycling both competitive and non-competitive and cross discipline/governing bodies; we're the perfect choice for you your event and your riders. We're all aware many riders ride BC, CTT, TLI, LVRC and cyclosportive events throughout the season Entryweb allows everyone to tap into the same pool of riders, which will increase awareness and participation in your event.

So whether you run a single day road race, circuit race or a full blown stage race Entryweb's flexible system can accommodate it all so why not join us online.
